Oo, just in time - we want to see a St. Patrick's Day card at this round of Retro Rubber #266!
I have a tiny little stockpile of older St. Pat's stamps, and I wanted to dress them up for sure!  And you know I like to combine old and new, too, of course!  To that end, I saw a chance to slip in a little bit of the new A Wonderful Match DSP - a new pack dedicated to all things soccer, but also green, which is why I snagged it, lol.  There's a sheet of some tags and tableaus, and I clipped out this cute stripey one for today!  After some thought, my beloved Define Your Life set from 2007, along with the accompanying Defining Alphabet seemed perfect to go with the tag, and I added my little shamrock from 2013's Lucky Day for good measure!  Plenty of retro, for sure!
I can't wait to see YOUR lucky projects, too - and make sure it's RETRO!
Define Your Life, Defining Alphabet (both retired 2007) & Lucky Day (retired 2013) Stamp Sets; A wonderful Match DSP; Basic White, Basic Black & Granny Apple Green CS; Memento Tuxedo Black & Granny Apple Green Inks; Deckled Rectangles Dies; Layered Leaves EF (retired); Traditional Sparkling Sequins; #RRCB266.

We want to see a guy card this round at Make My Monday #272 - for any age!
I think horses could make a good guy card - what do you think?  I pulled out our gorgeous Unbridled Beauty, and made this little farm scene, which was so fun to color!  I stamped up all the landscape elements first, and colored everything with Blends Markers, then went back and added some Old Olive and Pool Party with a blending brush to fill in the hills and sky - I'm really happy with how it turned out!  Then I featured this larger horse and fussy cut him for some extra pop.  So serene!
I can't wait to see YOUR guy cards this round - meet you at the challenge!
Unbridled Beauty Stamp Set; Basic White & Early Espresso CS; Early Espresso, Old Olive & Pool Party Inks; Smoky Slate, Cherry Cobbler, Mossy Meadow, Crumb Cake & Pecan Pie Blends Markers; Blending Brushes; Old Olive Moody Palette Dots; #MMM272.

This should be fun!  We have an "anything goes" challenge this round at Sunday Stamps #380 - but you should add some racing stripes, lol!
I decided this would be so perfect for showing off some DSP - and I spotted this bold turtle sheet right off, that was all it took!  I decided to pull out my Darling Duckling to pair it with - I almost never use this color, lol.  I fussy cut the adorable beachy turtle from the Turtle-y Cute DSP as well, along with some suitable beachy details, lol.  I love him!  I added this fun sentiment from 2019's Beach Happy, and got my racing stripes with some Crushed Curry 1/8" Ribbon.  Yay!
I can't wait to see what YOU come up with for our fun sketch - meet you at the challenge!!
Beach Happy Stamp Set (retired 2019); Turtle-y Cute DSP; Basic White & Darling Duckling CS; Shaded Spruce Ink; Crushed Curry 1/8" Ribbon; Stylish Shapes Dies; #SSC380.

Very fun - Shopping Our Stash #567 wants to see a "shaped" card - no squares or rectangles!
So, I think I'm skirting the "stash" brief a little bit here, lol.  As soon as I saw "shaped card," I jumped on my new Filled With Sweetness bundle - it has a jam jar card shape in the dies!  I've been wanting to try it out so much!  To make it "stash-y" I went to my retired colors, and did up some details in our old Seaside Spray colors - everything "blue!"  First I did the card base in White, then added my stamped jar on top in Blueberry Bushel on Seaside Spray.  I also found this cute Seaside Spray gingham DSP - perfect!  There was also a bit of this doubled twine from Flowers For Every Season, that has a strand of Seaside Spray in it, lol - I tied that around the top layer!  I did this sweet tag in White, with the cutest sentiment in Blueberry Bushel, and piled on the "blue" berries, lol.  So fun!
Filled With Sweetness Stamp Set & Dies; Homemade Sweetness & Seaside Spray (retired) DSP; Basic White & Seaside Spray (retired) CS; Blueberry Bushel Ink; Flowers For Every Season Twine (retired); Blueberry Dots; #SOS567.

Oo, nice!  Festive Friday #203 is all for Chinese New Year!  Yay!
I went a little kooky for this one, lol.  I was having a little moment with my Celebratory Sips DSP, trying to decide if I should nab another pack before it's all gone {SOB} when I noticed the gorgeous red water-colored splotches on one of the sheets - what a perfect fresh and fruity drink color!  That got the ball rolling - I focused first on red-black-gold, and made a cute drink layout.  Oh it wants a good luck sentiment - hey, there's a pretty one in Helping Me Grow - check!  Hm, needs a little more gold, how about some sequins!  Lol, I'm not sure this qualifies as a Chinese New Year card, but it sure was fun!
Cheers & Sips Stamp Set & Dies; Help Me Grow Stamp Set; Celebratory Sips DSP; Memento Tuxedo Black & Real Red Inks; Real Red & Cherry Cobbler Blends Markers; Basic White, Real Red & Gold Foil CS; Glass EF; 1 1/4" Circle Punch; Gold Sequins; #FF0203.

Oo, I'm excited to play again at Seize The Birthday #320 - this round calls for something CAS, but with dies!  I'm on it!
So, my new Help Me Grow bundle has been burning a hole on my desk for a bit here - but it doesn't have any birthday sentiments!  If I do a CAS card with it, of say a pretty pot with some stems and flowers - do I have a sentiment I can squeeze in there from some other set??  Why, yes, I do!!  I started by building this lovely potted flowering plant, featuring Pool Party and the lighter greens.  I cut in the opening for the stamped pot, so I could tuck my stems in a little bit.  Then I spotted this simple birthday sentiment in Moon & Back - perfect!  I finished with a few Moody Palette Glossy Dots to keep bringing the Pool Party - I think this came out pretty sweet!
Help Me Grow Stamp Set & Dies; Moon & Back Stamp Set; Basic White, Pool Party, Granny Apple Green & Lemon Lime Twist CS; Pool Party, Crumb Cake & Pecan Pie Inks; Pool Party Moody Palette Dots; #STB320.

OK, one last Valentine's prompt for me, and then I'm done, lol.  In{k}spire Me #583 gets it!
I checked my critter section for this one, and when I saw this sentiment in Pet Love, I knew this was it, lol.  I think my dogs tell me this all day, every day, lol.  I pulled in the Made With Love DSP, and squeezed it two patterns - this glorious background, and the calmer dotty sheet for the kerchief.  So fun!  To break up the patterns, I slipped in a Stitched Be Mine Heart, and just for fun, also threw on the little "always" collar tag from the stamp set.  Just perfect, lol.
Pet Love Stamp Set & Dies; Made With Love DSP; Basic White & Flirty Flamingo CS; Memento Tuxedo Black & Real Red Inks; Stitched Be Mine (retired) & Stylish Shapes Dies; White Baker's Twine; Loose Valentine's Assortment; #IMC583.

I think I spy some romance in a cup at this round of First Cup Challenges #11!
Today I discovered the sheets of diecuts in my Hobby Haven DSP, lol, and there were a bunch of coffee themed ones!  I couldn't resist this fun sentiment built from the Nothing's Better Than stamp set, so I stamped it up in two colors, and then surrounded it with all my coffee goodies, lol.  It's making me want a cuppa, for sure, but I do love all these gorgeous colors together.  Some Earthy Matte Dots were just right to finish!
Nothing's Better Than Stamp Set (retired 2023); Hobby Haven DSP; Basic White & Pecan Pie CS; Pecan Pie & Early Espresso Inks; Earthy Matte Dots in Early Espresso; #FCC11.

Aw, such a cheery inspiration Valentine's cookie for us this round at If You Give a Crafter a Cookie #213!
As soon as I saw their suggestion that I needn't focus on hearts, but perhaps instead on little faces, I knew just what I wanted to do! Cute Fruit to the rescue!  I still wanted it to pay homage to these pretty blue cookies, though, so I went with blue fruit, lol.  It definitely makes me laugh when I look at it, lol.  I really do like it when my food is happy to see me!  I fussy cut them all for some extra oomph, and finished with a few Balmy Blue Solid Faceted Gems.  Adorable!
Cute Fruit Stamp Set (retired 2021); Basic White & Balmy Blue CS; Memento Tuxedo Black, Balmy Blue, Night of Navy, Misty Moonlight & Pecan Pie Inks; Balmy Blue Solid Faceted Gems; #CC213.

This will be good - The Male Room #207 has a clean and simple challenge this round!
Not sure why my thinking goes this way, but I decided to do a color background for my CAS - Crumb Cake is a perfect guy color in this case!  For a simple design element, I cut three leafy stems from the Friendly Foliage bundle - how cute do they look floating over the get well sentiment?  As usual, I couldn't stop there and snuck on three tiny Low Profile Sparkle Dots at the end, too - I am a self-professed embellie addict, lol.  Send help.
Friendly Foliage Stamp Set & Dies; Basic White, Crumb Cake, Garden Green & Old Olive CS; Memento Tuxedo Black & Garden Green Inks; Garden Green Low Profile Sparkle Dots; #TMR207.
