Excellent - I get to bring out the Circle Collection Framelits for this week's Retro Sketch #116!
While I do love my Circle Framelits, and especially appreciate their space-saving properties as opposed to punches (which I still kept, of course!) I do wish that we would update or come out with another piercing template that accommodated their sizes better. I think the Essentials template is more for the punches, sigh. I HATE being deprived of ANY chance to add "just one more thing," lol!

Have you seen this week's Merry Monday #110 - Christmas Food? I mean, come ON! I knew I should have gotten that turkey dinner stamp, lol... Well, since they showed cupcakes in the sketch pic, that's what I'll do! When in doubt, break out the aqua-painter!
I decided another fun way to add some zip to this tasty image was to make it sparkly, and pop it up on dimensionals - such a quick way to add some drama detail! I might have to make a batch of these for the holidays this year...

Wow, I can't believe it's already time for May's last My Pumpkin Challenge #0514 - Tags Everywhere! Where did the month go??
For my final Tag-stravaganza, I knew I wanted to do some version of the standing tag banners we've done in my classes before, but I wanted to feature all Pumpkin, PLUS some new goodies, our new In Colors, and the faboo new alphabet set - Metro Type. Love it! It's photopolymer, so I can see everything, and it's just small enough to be circle-punchable - another win! Bringin' out the summer decor for our hall table now!

Well, how about that? Just when I had some inquiries about wedding cards, Clean & Simple #293 issued a wedding card challenge, in honor of Natasha's upcoming June 1 wedding! No sketch - just bring on the bells!

LOVE the sketch at Sunday Stamps #76 this week, and LOVE the color challenge at In{k}spire Me #148 to go with! It's so funny - I was just thinking the other day that I hadn't used Rose Red in WAY too long, lol...
I was feeling punchy today, so I broke out my Flower Shop set. I also have a little stack of Little Leaves in Gumball Green already made (I ended up using a different die for a recent class, sigh...) This card came together in a snap, and so cheery, I already know who I'll send it to!

What a fun color challenge at this week's Nacho Average Challenge #90! I am once again combining it with a sketch, Freshly Made Sketches #137. Here's a little secret - challenge due dates are a BIG influence on who gets matched with who in my world, lol!
So anyway, I still have two images left in the Life's Adventure - time to knock one out! This was a tricky color combo, too, but in the end, I'm real happy with the results - I love my aqua-painter!

Eek, this week's challenge at Merry Monday #109 - Use Flowers is a tough one! What to do? Hm, I decided I might need to try my hand at Christmas-ing a "regular" flower!
I can never get enough of the drama of Regarding Dahlias - so simple, yet so dressy... One day I'll do a kaleidoscope one, too!
I started to do some punched leaves, but I wanted to keep the images stamped. Everyone knows that the best leaves are from Gently Falling, right? Hee hee, seriously, though - I cobbled together quite a few disparate elements for this one, but they all gel just right...

Pop Up Card Class May 31!

Are you sad you missed our Pop-Up Card Class? Of course you are! But there's still time to fit it in - one more chance! Clean & Tangy

Wow, this week's Clean & Simple #292 is a classic - and SO fun to dress up!
In this season of rolling over my "current" stamp sets in my workroom, and moving "retired" sets back to their twilight home, I always get a chance to browse my oldies-but-goodies stamp sets once again. Have you noticed? I usually start conidering if I'm ready to let any of these sweeties go, as well, and put together my retired sale box. Haven't made much progress with that yet, but recent chatting about this set (yes, that's YOU, Brenda!), combined with the sketch image, made me root it out for some inking. We were so in love with Tart & Tangy! And the DSP was sa-WEET! To my surprise, I think I actually used all my DSP, so I substituted another yummy retiree, that also coordinates with the stamps - hope you enjoy! Or at least are inspired to have a picnic!

So, here's my latest tag-tastic creation for this month's My Pumpkin Challenge #0514 - Tags Everywhere!
One of the things I like to do with tags is use them for really cute bookmarks. I knew I wanted to do something like that here, but combine it with a little pocket card for holding the bookmark in place. This way, you can still add a sentiment BEHIND the bookmark or whatever, so it really does function as a card! Mine says, "Stay Calm and Be Awesome," from the Show & Tell Photopolymer sets...
So pumpkin says, "Hey, your TAG is showing!" Let's have a peek!

Goodness, there are some seriously cheery samples at this week's Fab Friday #41! I better respond in kind! (Sort of!)
So, can you tell I go a little crazy as soon as I get new images to play with? Yes sirree, I'll be trying out every single stamp in the over-the-top cute set, Life's Adventure! Had to make this fox a "Honey," though - I think that makes her a "she," lol...
The new In Colors are creeping up on my love scale, I have to say. LOVE Lost Lagoon now...
