Here we are already on our final week of My Pumpkin Challenge #0316 - Say It With Flowers. I have an idea for combining this one with Sunday Stamps #123 - Rainbows, too - let's see what happens!
Can you tell this is stamp nostalgia week for me? Sorry - the closer we get to convention, the more I start fretting about potential retirements in the SU! world, lol. So I start trotting out my less-than-frequent flyers, in the hopes of exerting some rescue jou-jou. If only it worked that way, lol.

We have a fun mix of elements today from Retro Sketch #208! I think I'll try it with this manly mix of colors from Can You Case It#113!
When looking for a "manly" stamp set to go with my colors, I came across my beloved Calling All Heroes set - perfect! I ended up doing a blend of textures and shapes, and I decided to try that reflection technique again. Not as good results this time, I don't think, but I'm happy to report the new Basic Gray Archival ink works a DREAM on that skyline stamp - whew!

Let's try matching Create With Connie & Mary #399 and In{k}spire Me #242 today!
Those two shades of green definitely sent me thinking about something floral, and guess what? My Gift From the Garden set felt lonly! Lol. I had some fun with markers for my little potted plants, and boy-oh-boy I'd love to have a nice watering can in Blackberry Bliss! Stylin'!

I quickly hit on a shape substitution - tea cups! Woo! I just can't get enough of this Cuppa suite. I went ahead and let my freak flag fly, too, and rolled out pretty much all the extras for this one, lol. This is SUCH a well-coordinated set!

Here's a fun inchy sketch from Try Stampin' on Tuesday #263! I'm combining it with Watercooler Wednesday #60's clean and simple birthday theme, too!

Here's a cute sketch from Can You Case It #112! I think it'll go great with this week's Merry Monday #197 - Take Me to Church!
So, nope, I got no church stamps. Drat. But I do have this lovely stained glass window one, and since one of the DT used it, I think I can, too, lol. Mine is very different! I decided today that I wanted to play with the card dimension, and make my envelope, too, so I made a 3" x 7" card. When you make it long and skinny like this you wind up with "overage" on the envelope flap. To take care of that, I moved the point up an inch, and reshaped the edges - take a look here!

I'm so excited to be back with My Pumpkin Challenge #0613 - Say It With Flowers again this week! I'm adding an "E" for Just Add Ink #303, too! And what the heck, let's throw in Retro Sketch #207, too!
So I had a weird idea for this card, inspired by the sketch - how about an "extra" card-on-the-card (Get it? E stands for "extra," lol.) My idea is this extra card is just the right size for slipping a gift card into, while leaving the inside free for your birthday wishes! I'm so excited! (Get it again? Lol.) Yes, I'm a goofball, I know!

Oh yes, Try Stampin' On Tuesday #262 is singing my tune - LOVE banners! I think I can squeeze in TGIF #47 - "sweet tooth," too!
When I saw that sweet tooth challenge, the first thing I thought of was this lovely Wisteria Wonder cupcake paper from the Have a Cuppa DSP pack - it's one of few I wasn't able to feature in my recent "Stay For Tea" class, so I've been looking for a place to showcase it! All I needed was a quick sentiment to finish it off - tasty!
