We have such a fun sketch for you this round at Sunday Stamps #324!
I don't actually have too many over-size sentiments, or even dies, lol.  I had to hit the Shelves of Retirement again for today, and came up with this one from 2020's Here's To Strong Women!  I do still love this set, and I know just who I'm sending this card to!  I couldn't resist floating it over my favorite purple mountains in the Enjoy The Journey DSP pack, so I did up my sentiment panel in Blackberry Bliss - more favorites, lol.  I did a little ribbon fluff at the upper right corner instead of knots, and finished with the oh-so-versatile Iridescent Pearls.  Love it!
I can't wait to see YOUR projects for our fun sketch this round, too - meet you at the challenge!
Here's To Strong Women Stamp Set (retired 2020); Enjoy The Journey DSP (retired); Basic White & Blackberry Bliss CS; Blackberry Bliss Ink; Deckled Rectangles Dies; Blackberry Bliss Striped Ribbon; Iridescent Pearls; #SSC324.

I'm so excited about the theme at this round's Cardz 4 Guyz #336 - "festive creatures!"  I LOVE critters!
We have some awesome festive critters in our lineup this year, but I decided to dip back into the shelves of retirement for this one, lol.  My cute Scottie dog needed to stretch his legs!  I set up his background with this manly plaid sheet from my old Plaid Tidings pack - there's really something for every season in there!  Next I cut my panel for my Scottie, who I stamped in Pebbled Path and punched out, along with his festive bow, lol.  He's so cute - even for a guy, lol!
Christmas Scottie Stamp Set (retired 2022); Plaid Tidings DSP (retired); Basic White & Shaded Spruce CS; Cherry Cobbler & Pebbled Path Inks; Scottie Dog Punch (retired); Radiating Stitches Dies; Rhinestone Basic Jewels; #C4G336.

Very nice - AAA Cards #254 has an elegant color combo for us this round - black, white and gold!
I really wanted to break in to the actual STAMP SET for my Stars At Night bundle - I've been using the heck out of the dies, EF and of course the trinkets, but hadn't yet inked up a single stamp, lol.  I'm treading lightly, and using the gorgeously scripted "Merry Christmas" at least - I got lost in playing with my Gilded Leafing over a black panel first, lol.  I so love the look of this!  I randomly laid down some sticky strip, peeling after each one, and then rubbed in the gilding.  I heat embossed the sentiment, and then finished with a few trinkets.  Kind of an unusual look for me, and I hope it's CAS enough, too!
Stars At Night Stamp Set; Basic White & Basic Black CS; Versamark Ink; Gold EP; Gilded Leafing; Nested Essentials Dies; Stars At Night EF (on envelope flap); Star Trinkets; #AAA254.

I'm so thrilled to guest design at this round's Time Out Challenge #253, where the theme is "SPARKLY!"
I had so much fun with that white-on-white design I did recently that I wanted to try out some other trees in glimmer, too!  Specifically, the cool retro-look ones in the awesome Above It All set!  I wasn't sure if they would have enough outline detail, but I'm thrilled with how they came out!  I made a nice snowy hill over a pretty embossed background, and arranged all my trees just so, lol.  I then floated my sentiment in tone-on-tone in the middle, too - love it!  A few snowflake sequins finishes things off!
I can't wait to see YOUR sparkly projects, too - meet you at the challenge!

Oh, I LOVE this round's Festive Friday #0148 - International Animal Rights Day!
I really took to heart this round that my card doesn't have to be ABOUT the holiday featured, lol.  This was actually pretty fun!  I chose my old Cookie Cutter Christmas set from 2019, because I'd really been wanting to do that reindeer again - I ended up with three!  I wanted to change out the sentiment, though, and on a hunch I browsed my Paper Pumpkin sets, where I found this great one from November 2021's Gift Galore kit - perfect!  I did use my punch, but then I went back and fussy cut the antlers a little more - too much white over my neutrals, lol.  So I've managed Neutral Colors, Natural Twine, Texture, Alcohol Markers and Animals - yay!
Cookie Cutter Christmas (retired 2019) & Gifts Galore (Paper Pumpkin Nov 21) Stamp Sets; Basic White, Early Espresso & Crumb Cake CS; Memento Tuxedo Black & Early Espresso Inks; Gray Granite, Pecan Pie, Crumb Cake, SU800 & SU500 Blends Markers; Christmas Tidings EF; Cookie Cutter Punch; Stylish Shapes Dies; Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins; #FF0148.

Aw, Merry Christmas from Retro Rubber #221 - time for our last challenge of the year!  Hope this inspires you!
With this pretty pic, I knew it was time to pull out my Sheet Music stamp from 2019 - I don't use it too often, but it's my fall back music stamp - a very versatile background.  Looking over the rest of the details, I decided to also pull my Decorated with Happiness bundle from last year - I still love this set!  Great dies, too, as you can see from these fir branches, and gorgeous silver ornaments!  I finished those with tine Cherry Cobbler twine bows, and popped on my fave sentiment from this set, finishing with a few diecut starbursts.  I'm really pleased with how this came out!
I can't wait to see YOUR Merry Christmas projects for this one - meet you at the challenge!
Decorated With Happiness (retired 2022) & Sheet Music (retired 2019) Stamp Sets; Basic White, Silver Foil & Shaded Spruce CS; Memento Tuxedo Black & Shaded Spruce Inks; Shaded Spruce & Pebbled Path Blends Markers; Decorated Pine (retired) & Radiating Stitches Dies; Cherry Cobbler Heavy Baker's Twine; #RRCB221.

Oh gosh, it's our last challenge of the year at Make My Monday #215, and our theme is O, Christmas Tree!  Let's make it count!
I decided to browse through some of my retired Christmas sets for this one, and my old Peaceful Pines from 2015 caught my eye!  There are a few sentiment trees in this set, as well many cute image ones, too, in all sizes.  When I saw this sentiment, I knew I had to use it, lol.  I decided to float my trees over my favorite sheet of Merry Bold & Bright, too, so I took my colors from that - so cute!
I can't wait to see YOUR tree projects this round - meet you at the challenge!
Peaceful Pines Stamp Set (retired 2015); Merry Bold & Bright DSP; Basic White, Shaded Spruce, Granny Apple Green & Lucky Limeade CS; Shaded Spruce Ink; Perfect Pines Dies (retired); Shaded Spruce Mint Embellishments from an old Paper Pumpkin, lol (retired); #MMM215.

Time Out Lights

Lol, Time Out Challenges #252 is singing my song today, with their Winter/Holiday theme!  My very favorite!
And I think my runaway favorite Christmas set this year has been Merry & Bright, so I decided to use that one today, lol.  So versatile, and the design is so thoughtful between the stamps and dies - so easy to build a festive string of lights in no time!  I did a quick vertical strand today in four colors, and added a tumbling sentiment beside it.  I think I went a little overboard by adding my stars, too - I suddenly realized I hadn't even used that stamp, and THEN I threw on some Iridescent Discs, just because I could!  Definitely a small case of over-embellish-itis today, lol.
Merry & Bright Stamp Set; Basic White & Granny Apple Green CS; Azure Afternoon, Lemon Lime Twist, Poppy Parade, Berry Burst, Granny Apple Green & Daffodil Delight Inks; Merry & Bright Dies; Iridescent Discs; #TOC252.

Aw, I love The Sisterhood of Crafters theme this round - "sweater weather!"
I decided to fussy cut some of the Beary Christmas bears for this one - now these are some sweaters!  I really like this little green number - he looks so handsome, lol.  I floated my little pair over a layer embossed with my old Winter Knit EF, as a closer pattern to these Nordic sweaters, though it doesn't show as well as I had hoped.  Still, I think we are plenty sweater-y!

Speedy White Christmas

So, the luck of the calendar has landed me on a combo for my design teams today!  As You See It #313 is a speed challenge with a theme of stars, while this round of Sparkles Christmas Challenge #155 would like to see holiday animals or birds!  Yikes!
After some careful digging, I decided to pull my White Christmas set from 2014 for this one - I remembered the tiny cardinals in this one, with everyone looking at the sky - I knew it wouldn't need a lot of color!  I figured I could plan this pretty well, too - go ahead and assemble materials and papers, mount all my stamps and open all the inks - I even opened my Dazzling Diamonds Glitter to be ready to go!  It also helped that I already had the deckled rectangle cut - I'm accumulating quite a few extras in the die sleeve these days!  Once I was prepped, I started the clock! First I ran and embossed my background, then I sat down and stamped out my scene, all in Black.  I had Blends standing by, then brushed on a swoosh of two-way glue to take my glitter.  I set that aside for a sec and stamped my envelope, AND got the inside sentiment, too!  Quick assembly and I was done!  I think this is one of my best times ever - 4 minutes & 56 seconds!  Yes!
I can't wait to see what you come up with for this one - meet you at the challenges!
White Christmas Stamp Set (retired 2014); Basic White & Misty Moonlight CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Real Red, Daffodil Delight & Pool Party Blends Markers; Deckled Rectangles Dies; Two-Way Glue Pen; Dazzling Diamonds Glitter; Adhesive-Backed Snowflakes; #AYSI313; #SCC155.
