 A perfect layered sketch is on deck for us this round at Sunday Stamps #308 - and we have an "any shape," too! Yes! With all these layers, I knew I wanted to feature some new DSP, so here's another look at the Cheerful Daisies suite - THIS time with the pretty paper, too! I did an all-over background layer, then featured the back of that sheet layered with our brand new Lemon Lolly color - perfect! I got to feature my favorite sentiment in this set on my little flag, and I finished with a couple of daisies that riff on the DSP. LOVE that the stamps give us the outline stamp AND a fill-in stamp for everything! I tucked in a tiny scrap of greenery, and a few Solid Gems just for luck, lol.  Ah, a great challenge this round at Cardz 4 Guyz#320 - embossing, wet or dry! I definitely have to turn to my Legendary Ride suite for this one - I can't get enough of the Metal Plate EF! I have another of the illustrations from the collection sheet of DSP, too - check out this spiffy motorcycle rider! He's all business, lol. I floated him over an embossed sheet of Galvanized Metallic CS, and added my sentiment on a large circle. At the last second, I colored in the headlight of the motorcycle with a Pumpkin Pie Blends Marker, too, a fun highlight! I even used a few of the "bar" style embellishments, I've been stewing over how to work these in for a WHILE! My old Bear Hugs set from 2010 has some hats and bows, and this cute skirt, lol, so that's the way I went! I used my Tufted EF for the background, and even though my gal doesn't need any buttons, I added some Matte White Dots to carry the theme! Yay! Another new DSP I've been dying to break in is the pack that goes with our Beautiful Balloons suite, called Bright & Beautiful! This glorious brushstroke sheet is right on top, lol, and has been calling my name since it arrived! I tore both edges of a strip to place vertically, and then stamped my sentiment onto one of new balloon dies, and gave it some streamers. Even with my tiny rhinestones, it's still super simple, and super sweet! I just happened to spot the perfect sentiment in my new Timeless Arrangements set - you're going to love this one! The dies for cut a few elegant stems, and also some delicate botanical sprays set on blocks - this makes them SUPER easy to tuck behind the lovely sentiment blocks! I layered two of them behind my kindness sentiment today, and had some fun in the blues again by riffing off the sweet Countryside Inn DSP. I set everything over one big Navy heart, then couldn't resist adding three tiny white ones, too. Loving how this came out! Digging through my retired DSP stash, I came across my beloved Flowering Cactus medley - still a favorite for me! And since one of the colors is the departing Mint Macaron, I knew I had to go for it! I laid everything out per the sketch, and added a nice stacked cactus, also cut from the DSP, and finished with this sweet birthday sentiment.
