Oh gosh - I've been dreading this day, lol! Here we are at As You See It #310 to show you our favorite things to do with vellum! One of my favorite things to do with vellum (and, shh, I'm actually not a huge user of vellum, lol) is to use it to create a floating panel over gorgeous DSP! Anything that helps me show off that pretty paper is a win, lol. In this case, I pulled out some beautiful (but retired) Feels Like Frost DSP to serve as the background for two of the wreath dies from our new Wishes All Around bundle - so many fun ways to use this one! I layered the snowflake ring in Silver foil over a vine wreath of Purple Posy, and crossed all that with the pretty sentiment. I love that I can still see the sense of the DSP behind the vellum, yet I have a focal panel for my wreaths, too! I can't wait to see YOUR pretty vellum projects, and hear all about your favorite ways to use! Meet you at the challenge! Wishes All Around Stamp Set; Feels Like Frost DSP (retired); Basic White, Vellum, Purple Posy (retired) & Silver Foil CS; Blackberry Bliss Ink; Wishes All Around Dies; Banners Pick A Punch; Purple Posy Faceted Dots (retired); #AYSI310. This is just stunning, Heather! I love that dsp and the vellum does such a great job of creating a background for the sentiment, so you can see it! Wowsers!

Heather this is truly stunning! You couldn't have chosen a better DSP and wreath combo - they compliment each other perfectly and the vellum is a great way to allow both to shine. This card reminds me of frosty winter mornings - so beautiful!

Beautiful DSP and having the vellum means it is 100% viewable. Lovely cool wintery card.

Oh my! This is such a beautiful card. I LOVED that DSP and sadly, mine is all gone. What a fabulous marriage of old and new - plus the vellum is perfect. I like vellum for it's softening effect too and I like the way 'floating panel' sounds. :-)

Love this Heather! I am not a huge user of vellum either so this was a fun challenge to do. Those papers are perfectly paired with your floating vellum and it gives your wreath the perfect place to land! A stunner!
