VW Bride

OK, let me just say right up front that I KNOW I'm going pretty ridiculous here!  I could never figure out how one could manage it, but that all changes today - I'm combining FOUR challenges here!  They are Stamp Ink Paper #96's wedding theme, Try Stampin' on Tuesday #319's round card challenge, SU Only #173's feminine theme, and Retro Rubber #61's additional twist of buttons!  Whew!
The first thing I did was visit the RoR (Room of Retirement!) for a likely "wedding" theme stamp.  I was surprised at how many I was able to pull.  In the end though, I just had to go with Beautiful Ride, from last year's Occasions (2016).  I was so sorry that this set didn't make it to the "Big Book!"  I went with an oval shape to better accommodate the VW, and, this shape also fits in a standard envelope - score!  I brought on the Blushing Bride, of course, and had fun turning it into an easel, too.  I think this turned out so well!
Beautiful Ride Stamp Set (retired-2016); Perfectly Artistic DSP (retired); Blushing Bride & Whisper White CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Basic Black, Blushing Bride, Calypso Coral, Delightful Dijon, Dapper Denim, Soft Sky, Soft Suede & Blush Blossom (retired) Markers; Ovals Collection Framelits (retired); Occasions Piercing Template (retired); Retired Subtles Buttons; White Baker's Twine; #SIP96; #TSOT319; #SUO173; #RR61.

Love, love this LOVE BUG!! sweet as can be in that soft pink, and what a fabulous idea to make it an easel card with those sweet button stoppers, this way the recipients can display it every day.
Thank you for playing along with our RETRO RUBBER button challenge, hope you join us again next time.
Hugs,

What a great easel card! I'd never have thought of going for that VW for a wedding theme. Like you, I can never get my head around a good card that fits more than a couple of challenges - so kudos for making sense out of four! And of course, the only pink to go for in this circumstance is Blushing Bride. Thanks for joining us again at Retro Rubber.

Such an adorable wedding card, Heather! Love that it's not traditional type of card. Very fun and imaginative. :) Thanks for playing with us at Try Stampin' or Not on Tuesday.
