 So pretty, Time Out Challenges #251 has a lovely inspiration pic for us this week! I pretty much ran straight for my retired pack of Fine Art Floral DSP - I remembered that there was a sheet with a gray background and flowers mixed in with all the other gorgeous florals in this one - perfect for that bag! I did the gray background strip at the bottom to echo that bag, and added the lovely die cut sentiment in Pretty Peacock. I had just enough room for the bloom at the bottom with the birthday wish! I finished with a few Gilded Gems for some extra shine!
