Here I am back at Stampin' Pals #12 - the challenge this month is "favorite technique!"
I was hard-pressed to pick just one thing, lol. And I'm not sure if what I fell back on even qualifies! I LOVE to color and fussy cut - so much! Is that a technique? I added my next fave in line, paper-piecing, just in case, lol. We have so many great dies these days, I had to really dig for a good one that I'd cut by hand - and Hot Dog wins the day! Check out this little cutie! I stamped and colored him with my blends, the paper-pieced him a little blanket and beret, lol - too cute, right? After I fussy cut my guy, I cut an extra flap at the top of the blanket, to fold behind him, creating a softer edge - I love the look! Purple Posy looks perfect on him!

Club is free for my subscribers, and includes any extra supplies you might need, plus drinks and snacks! I will also have a few extra spots available for club for $10, even if you are not a subscriber - come see what we're up to - full kit not needed, I'll supply everything you need for the projects! Just bring your own snips and basic adhesive!
