TGI Graduation

Perfect timing on this week's challenge at TGIF #3 - Graduation!  Let's try it with this week's striking color challenge at SU-per Challenge #89!
So at first I assumed I'd have to back to my retired shelves for something grad-like for this one.  But then I remembered the balloons!  And then I realized, actually, we have a few sets that could do the trick, but I stuck with the balloons, lol...  After yesterday (ahem) I tried to keep it pretty pared down - and I love it!  I think I hit just the right balance of extra touches and bling, that it could STILL go to a boy OR a girl - yay!
