Sunday Work of Art

So cool - LOVE the bands and panels on this sketch from As You See It #162!  I'm combining with this week's colors from Sunday Sketch #165, too!
Whew, these were tough colors for me!  I finally settled on some bold splashes of a few of them, using my Work of Art Stamp Set, which hasn't come out to play in a while!  I originally thought I would use some enamel dots for that detail from the sketch, but then the stack of miscellaneous embellishments fell over on my desk and I spotted these tiny wood flowers I never used - so something fun literally leapt onto this card, lol.
Work of Art Stamp Set; Whisper White & Garden Green CS; Memento Tuxedo Black, Elegant Eggplant, Rose Red, Night of Navy & Garden Green Inks; Stitched Shapes Framelits; Burlap Ribbon; Sending Love Embellishments (retired); #AYSI162; #SSC165.

Wow! It's been too long since I used this stamp set, too, Heather, but it's a perfect choice for this challenge! You had quite an array of colours to chose from, and I like the ones you went with! Love all your cute women embellishments! It's fun when they show up in your stash just like they were waiting for that very project! Thanks for another great contribution to our gallery at As You See It Challenge!

By the way, that should read wooden embellishments, not women embellishments! I swear auto correct will be the death of me!

Hi Heather! What a great way to use the sketch with those bold color swatches! Love that! And a great way to combine challenges! I love how you handled the other parts of the sketch with the circle and square! Thanks for joining us at As You See It!

I like those bold swooshes of colour! When I first saw the sketch I thought that Work of Art would be a perfect choice for it - but I don't have it. So I'm glad to see the great job you've done with it, Thanks for joining us again at As You See It Challenge.
