 Hope you're ready to get cookin' - we have a yummy new "recipe" for you this week at As You See It #269! I love working from our ingredient lists - such a fun way to play! I started with the question dies or punches, picked dies, and quickly moved on to searching for die-cut images that I could color in pastels. Simply Succulents was perfect, AND I haven't had it out in a while - perfect! I originally used the "you've been on my mind" sentiment that comes with this set, but decided to be a stickler, and moved onto this one found in the Art Gallery set. And how about that, I get to pull in additional dies that way, lol. Some embossing, some twine, and I am done! No take out for me today! What will YOU do with our recipe this week? Come show us! Your pot of succulents against that pretty background is just so soft and lovely! You always do a good job with combining elements to make a fantastic card!

Beautiful! I love that textured background and the popped up succulents seem to explode out from the page. The soft pink base is inspired - it really lifts the whole design. 3/5/2022 09:15:13 am
