SU-per Starbursts

I love the possibilities the scatter of shapes gives us in this week's In{k}spire Me #187!  Call me crazy, but I think SU-per #78's Brights challenge is just MADE for this sketch!
A shape I haven't played with in a while is our Starburst - and that of course means using our Starburst Sayings stamp set, too, lol.  But I needed a sentiment I could do up in a little banner, so I switched to our Sale-A-Bration set Big Day - lots of letters I could color in to keep my rainbow theme going!  I'm happy to be able to pull out this set again, because it's been on the sick list for a while around here!  Somehow, I lost the little candle that came in this set, so I got another one on my next SAB order - whew!  Those little suckers can be hard to keep track of around here - and curious Labradors don't exactly help...  Snicker.  Anyway, that's why I made a point of stamping them on my envelope - gotta use it before I lose it - again!
