Oo, what a super challenge at this week's Merry Monday #158! To use STENCILS! And I already have an idea of how to combine it with this week's dramatic Nacho Average Challenge #141 - yay! So, I had an idea burning in my brain all week to try for this one - that involved NO STAMPING! Lol, I can count on one hand the number of times I've made cards like that, but, well, I don't think the stenciling qualifies, so there it is. I'm not sure how well I executed my cunning plan, or maybe I'm just not that good at stenciling (natch!) In any event, for first pass needed a little something more, so I went back and put on the darkest snowflakes - with a left-over diecut sheet from the Simply Snowflake Paper Pumpkin. I had to make my "Merry" darker to go with, but I like better now. And it was super quick! Festive Flurry & Expressions Thinlets (both retired); Diecut Sheet from Simply Snowflake Paper Pumpkin; Lost Lagoon, Smoky Slate, Whisper White & Night of Navy CS; Night of Navy, Lost Lagoon, Smoky Slate & Pool Party Inks; Basic Jewel Rhinestones; Silver Heavy Baker's Twine.
