The Sisterhood of Crafters is getting into the season with their "celebrate Spring" theme! When I think Spring, I can't help but go back to seeing the gorgeous old dogwood trees bloom in the front of my childhood home - they were so pretty! It's funny, they were planted right up against a really steep bank along our street, and I remember I used to like to crawl underneath and prop up against the hill and look out through them at the sky - all the bulbs my grandmother planted would be coming up, too, and it always smelled so good! I think it's those trees that have made me keep hanging on to this old Soft Summer set from 2009 - I wish we had them here in Arizona! Soft Summer (retired 2009); Whisper White & Pear Pizzazz CS; Memento Tuxedo Black, Petal Pink, So Saffron, Pear Pizzazz & Crumb Cake Inks; Aqua-Painter; Yellow Glitter Dots; #TSOCSpring. Butterflies Galore Class April 11 & 13! We have a couple gorgeous new butterfly sets this Spring and I think we should get out ALL the toys to do them up right! Let's hear it for wings everywhere! This class will highlight 6 all-occasion cards all featuring different elements of our amazing collections, even pulling in a few Sale-A-Bration items I saved just for this! Class includes all supplies needed (bring your own snips and fave adhesive!), drinks, snacks and a special gift from me, all for $25! This class can also be FREE with your order of $30 or more! Class is on for Thursday, April 11 at 630 pm or Saturday, April 13 at 3 pm! RSVP today to save your spot - hope you can flutter on by!

This is so pretty and I have similar childhood memories. I grew up on a small farm and our wooded area was filled with Oaks, Maples & Dogwoods! LOVED how they dotted the entire area with their beautiful white blossoms. Thanks for the memory and thanks so much for joining us at The Sisterhood’s ‘Celebrating SPRING’ challenge. Please come back again soon and Good Luck!

Oh, Heather, this is so pretty! I love how you popped up the blooms. I have wonderful memories of dogwoods from my time in Atlanta. Love them! I need to see if I have this stamp set in my retired collection now. Thank you for playing with my Spring challenge at the Sisterhood of Crafters and hope you can join us again soon.
