This week's Clean & Simple #231 has some of my favorite elements - balloons! I LOVE the sample she showed! It was an easy hop to switch over to kites - using a retired set that I feel like had all too short a shelf life...
The kites are so bright and cheery, what a great card for a quick note of encouragement! Sparkly clouds added a just a touch of that little something extra, instead of my usual rhinestones...
