I hope you like my colors this round at As You See It #303 - I'm missing the Chesapeake! I guess I kind of CAS'ed my picture, too! Now even though THESE crabs aren't the same as my beloved Blue Crabs, I couldn't resist playing Seaside Bay for today's colors! And Stone Crabs are also super tasty, lol, if a bit more work! I did a trio in three of my colors, after dressing up my Gray Granite DSP background with sand and shells, and the Deckled Rectangles seems perfect for my sentiment! A few Crumb Cake scallop shells, and some Sea Glass clusters, and I am done! I can't wait to see YOUR takes on these salty colors - meet you at the challenge! Seaside Bay Stamp Set; Gray Granite DSP; Basic White Tahitian Tide & Crumb Cake CS; Gray Granite, Tahitian Tide, Crumb Cake & Poppy Parade Inks; Seaside Bay & Deckled Rectangles Dies; Faux Sea Glass Shapes (retired); #AYSI303. Critters Class 2023 We just can't let any of our cute critters get away! Time for a critter round-up! We'll be making 6 cards with envelopes, and NO fur, lol. Class includes all supplies (bring your own fave snips and adhesive!) snacks, drinks and a special gift from me all for $25! This class can also be FREE with your order of $30 or more! Class is on for Saturday, July 15, at 2 pm! RSVP now to save your spot!

This card is so amazing for this challenge, Heather! You're going to have to tell me all about the species of crabs you know so much about. To me, a crab is a crab is a crab! But I love that you took the banner literally and the crabs look great in our challenge colours. Perfect paper for the background, too, and those little seashells are so sweet! You nailed it!

Heather - when I saw this card in the album - I was like - how does she do this every single time. You take an image that I would have looked past and elevate it to sweet perfection! These crabs are fun and pop from the color. Brilliant!!

Heather I thought this palette was going to be so tricky to work with but actually it was surprisingly easy - and so many great variations by all of us! I love that you kept with the crab inspiration and that dressed up DSP makes a fab background - love it!
