Rainbow Grunge (& Man Cards May 16!)

I am laughing out loud at this week's Less Is More #418 - scribbles, drips or splats!  They said "splats," lol.  Snicker.  Someone tell me why I find that so hilarious!
Anyway, I spotted my old Ghoulish Grunge set from 2016 today while going through my retired sets, and decided to use the "drip" from that one for the challenge.  I cheered it up a bit with rainbow colors, lol, which made it a perfect match for this sentiment from It Starts With Art, which is retiring with this catty, sigh.  I'm all about making room for fun new stuff, but still, this is always a bit of a sad time!
