 Oo, Try Stampin' on Tuesday is trying out their first color challenge! Think I'll try it, and combine it with their February Technique Challenge of sponging while I'm at it! Boy, I had a tough time figuring out how I wanted to incorporate the technique today, lol. I think I'm maybe not an avid sponger! I finally settled on some candy colored halos for my second favorite Party Hat Panda, then I gave each of these guys a little color treatment on their hats. A few Iridescent Sequins came next, and I felt like that kinda added a "bubble" effect, hence the post name, lol. These guys can float my way anytime!
