Nacho Birthday Balloon

Loving the sketch at Nacho Average Challenge #125 this week!  So many possibilities on the shapes!
So, I freely admit, all those possibilities may have gone to my head a bit - I was having something of a color party today, lol...  Sometimes it just gets so hard to not keep adding "one more thing," though I think I maybe stopped in time for this one...
I decided to stamp off the base balloon here, so that I could get a second color on top for the confetti!  Worked a charm!
