So, yesterday I just finished making the sample cards from the To You and Yours Shaker Cards kit, and I noticed something: there's a stamp in the accompanying set that we DON'T use! Gasp! (Unless you go rogue, which is certainly allowed in my classes - you just have to live with your choices, as I've been wont to say, lol.) So I got the idea to use that lonesome stamp on today's card. It occurs to me that this skyline silhouette would go great with the Sleigh Ride Edgelits, too, but that's a card for another day!
So I dithered a bit trying figure out how I would feature the landscape, and this is what I hit on! I added a few details for some extra gold touches, but I really like how it came out! Now, if only I could tie bows straight, lol...

Yay! I'm so glad it's finally time for our final holiday class of the year - my annual holiday gifts and packaging class! It's an eclectic mix of my remaining holiday faves, but all ready for your last minute gifting emergencies! You'll be making a set of 10 unique tags, 3 fancy-pantsy shaker cards, three square pillow boxes, and two vellum ornament stars. Did I mention the holiday cheer that goes on, too? RSVP to reserve your spot today - I can't wait to share these cheery projects!
Class is $25, and includes all supplies, plus snacks and drinks, and a special treat from me! Class will be held Thursday, Nov 12 at 6:30 pm and again on Saturday, November 14 at 3 pm. See you soon - wear your bells!
