 Aw, look at the adorable inspiration pic for this week's Merry Monday #112 - Santa Hats! Um, do I HAVE any Santa hats?? Well, yes, I have ONE. How embarrassing! Even more embarrassing, it's in the retired kid set "Henry Says." As Jess says, "Have mercy!" Yes, in fact, a Season of Style polka-dotted elephant DOES say Christmas to me, lol... I decided the only way to minimize this guy was to go simple, and one layer (breaking all the one-layer records this week!) except for the feature that I'm high-lighting, the HAT. Which I made sparkly. To emphasize that it's a FEATURE. Excuse me while I go watch my copy of Fantasia this afternoon - feeling inspired! Summer School is OPEN!  Did you miss out on a past project that we did? Have a gap in your shadow box insert collection? Gave away your creation and wish you still had one for your house? Missing a wreath for your seasonal decor? Want an old project updated with a new twist? Now's your chance to make it happen! For the months of June and July, we'll be having summer school - your chance to take any past class you want! Browse my past offerings, or describe to me something you remember us doing (this blog only goes back to early 2012) and then just email me which one you'd like to make up or repeat, and if you prefer day, evening or weekend. We'll schedule just for you, and work around your summer plans! No need to worry about being away for our regular class nights! Once classes are scheduled, I'll post them here, so if anyone else wants to jump in on your choice, they can! I'm looking forward to our nostalgic summer - talk to you soon! Our first summer school class has just been scheduled for Thursday, June 19, 630 pm, chez Heroldt! This Candy Wrapper Wreath was from our Independence Day class back in June of 2012, and features the sparkly pharse, "Let Freedom Ring!" If you want to jump in on it, let me know ASAP, so I can make sure to have your supplies prepped for you, class is for just the Wreath, $10!
