Eek, this week's challenge at Merry Monday #109 - Use Flowers is a tough one! What to do? Hm, I decided I might need to try my hand at Christmas-ing a "regular" flower! I can never get enough of the drama of Regarding Dahlias - so simple, yet so dressy... One day I'll do a kaleidoscope one, too! I started to do some punched leaves, but I wanted to keep the images stamped. Everyone knows that the best leaves are from Gently Falling, right? Hee hee, seriously, though - I cobbled together quite a few disparate elements for this one, but they all gel just right... Regarding Dahlias, Gently Falling & Greetings of the Season Stamp Sets; Crumb Cake, Old Olive, Cherry Cobbler & Whisper White CS; Versamark, Cherry Cobbler & Old Olive Inks; Cherry Cobbler Embossing Powder; Decorative Dots Embossing Folder; Wide Oval Punch; Apothecary Accents Framelits; Basic Jewel Rhinestones. Pop Up Card Class May 31! Are you sad you missed our Pop-Up Card Class? Of course you are! But there's still time to fit it in - one more chance! We'll be making 4 cards, that all fold flat and fit in standard envelopes, but pop up and out to yummy goodness on the inside! We'll be doing "portrait" and "landscape" cards both, for a little variety, and one card will be all about our new In Colors, so you'll have some samples right away, to go with your amazing new catalog that will be waiting here for you! I can't wait for you to try these cards - you'll be stunned at how fun they are to deck out! Class is still on for Saturday, May 31, 10 am (please note time change!), chez Heroldt, with snacks and drinks as usual, of course, still for $20! RSVP today to make sure I have your supplies cut and waiting for you!

What a pretty card...so glad to see that you used a flower other than a poinsettia....although I love them,it's nice to see a change. Love that you added those pretty leaves, too! Thank you for participating in the Merry Monday challenge!
