Merry & Blue

Here's a lovely challenge from Merry Monday #181 - blue and white with texture!  I think they must know me, do you think??
Since I JUST did a lovely blue and white treescape earlier this week, I decided to make a study in blues with our fabulous Wondrous Wreath set.  Anyone else still thrilled that this one carried over?  I have so many designs still to do with this beauty!  Anyway, pretty blue wreath, check.  Textured background, check.  Puffy sentiment, check check!  Simple and sweet, the best kind!
