 Love this paneled sketch at Match the Sketch #139! I'm matching it with these colors from Pals Paper Arts #315! When I saw the tiles on the sketch, I knew I wanted to play with Marquee Messages again - it's just so fun! This time, I did some water-coloring, rather than the paper-piecing I've been doing. I like this look, too! I moved the horizontal bar to behind my tiles (sh, hope I get away with that, lol), and added some texture. A quick, fun and bright card - yay!
