 Mmm, cocktails, anyone? That's what I'm thinking after looking over this cool inspiration pic at this round's Time Out Challenge #239! Looking at this lovely cocktail cart, I decided to get out my Bottled Happiness set! I also floated everything over a Copper Foil layer, because of all those pretty julep cups on the bottom shelf! I did my bottles in fairly "spirit" colors - brown, green - only one clear one, lol - and finished with a few Fine Sparkle Gems. It's 5 o'clock somewhere, right?
