I know the time is fast approaching when I have to take down the Christmas decorations, {sob}, so I always want to bring on the Valentine's decor P-D-Q - I can't have a naked house after all the holiday extravagance! I thought this standing-tag table banner was SO adorable - I figured we had to do one for class, to go with our shadow boxes! And then you can fold it up and tuck it away til next year - how cute is that?? If we didn't do all the dimensional stuff, you could even make cute cards this way, too, I was thinking... Anyway, this is definitely on our list of class projects for Jan 17! I think we'll make the kanzashi into a necklace, maybe with a pin to go with, perhaps, this banner, and a card for your sweetie... If there's interest, I figured we could also have a bonus class on Jan 31, for those that don't have a Valentine's Day shadow box insert, or who want to make the second one that Lisa and I did last year - those pictures are below. The bonus class will be for one shadow box insert, and two cards, in case the one we do on the 17th isn't enough to cover all your sweethearts! Hee hee... We can definitely do a mix-and-match-make-up of whatever you like, more cards, treats, whatever! Let me know what you think about the 31st!
