We have some rad '80s colors for you guys at this week's Retro Rubber #189! Can I make it work with our back to school theme at this week's SU Only #308? Whew, this ended up being tougher than I hoped, lol. I really don't have a lot that I could think of as "back to school," and whoa these colors!!! Lol, I finally picked what I think of as the easiest three, and ran with it! My old Dictionary background stamp from 2013 made me think of school, and that got me thinking about my "defining" sets from 2007. I still love these so much, and I decided the "inspire" combo was just right for what we want from schooling, right? This is a pretty stripped down card in the end, but maybe good for a guy, too! I can't wait to see your projects for these - show me the mauve, PLEASE! Define Your Life, Defining Alphabet (both retired 2007) & Dictionary (retired 2013) Stamp Sets; Basic White & Misty Moonlight (retired) CS; Smoky Slate, Misty Moonlight (retired) & Crumb Cake Inks; Rectangle Stitched Dies; Misty Moonlight Cotton Ribbon (retired); #RRCB189; #SUOC308.

Heather, I love the simplicity and elegance of this card, the text is beautifully adorned with with that ribbon and the sentiment is inspiring and so very true!!
