Another gorgeous color combo at this week's Fab Friday #182 - we're going coastal! So, as much as I like these colors, they were tough for me to work with, lol. I finally took a little inspiration from a card pictured in the Spring Mini (on page 65, for inquiring minds that want to know, lol) and came up with this. I'm a little on the fence about it. In some ways I wish I had turned it portrait-wise, and made some kind of play on a sunset. On the other hand, I always have fun messing around with our sponge brayers... I did a quick emboss with our Coastal Weave folder (hm, should have DE-bossed, sigh) and added this nice bold admonishment over it all. Yes, those are tiny black rhinestones dotting the I's - I couldn't bear to layer up the tiny dots with the rest of the words, lol. So, what will YOU have for us this week? I can't wait to see, over at the challenge! Sweet Silhouettes Dies; Whisper White & Basic Black CS; Merry Merlot, Melon Mambo, Coast Cabana & Bermuda Bay Inks; Sponge Brayer; Coastal Weave EF; Black Rhinestones; Glimmer Dots in Coastal Cabana; #FabFri182.

I often find colours a difficult starting point Heather but I love the Fab Friday colours this week and you definitely made them work for you! The addition of the embossing adds background interest whilst the diecut greeting really stands out - a fabulous card!
