 Fancy, fancy! Check out the cute sketch at this week's Retro Sketch #149! Now to make it sing with In{k}spire Me #181's sleek and modern color challenge! This color challenge made me think of my bug - she is SO not a girlie-girl, and this color scheme could be right up her alley. Anyway, it's hard to be a high school freshman, you know? She has made the transition with so much poise, I have to say. I am dumbfounded by how hard she works at staying on top of her school-work: she really wants to go to college over seas, so she enrolled in our International Baccalaureate program - it's a real back-breaker! She is really sustaining her commitment, too - I'd never be able to keep up the workload myself... So I decided a little encouragement card would be good to have on hand, to let her know how proud I am of her! I actually have the phrase "so proud of you" stamped inside as well, pieced together from the Crazy About You set. I have a feeling I'll be handing this over shortly - coming back from the Winter Break has been daunting, lol...
