Time for more happy at this month's My Pumpkin Challenge #0614 - Everything Happy! I decided to use the birthday greeting from our latest kit for this one, and, since it's been at least a day since I used my new fave color, Blackberry Bliss, I had to trot that out, too! Pretty sure my thumbnails are going to be blackberry stained all year... I've really been gravitating to these circles from the February kit - In The Bag - so versatile! I love playing with masking for overlapping the shapes, too, it really adds a lot of dimension, even though it's all stamped on one layer. This turns out to be one of my semi-annual one-layer cards, too, kinda... So, hey, you, show me YOUR pumpkin! Paper Pumpkin - In The Bag & Hey, Man Stamp Sets; Whisper White, Blackberry Bliss & Smoky Slate CS; Smoky Slate & Blackberry Bliss Inks; 1 5/8" (for the mask) & 1" Circle Punches; Woodgrain & Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folders; Basic Jewel Jumbo Rhinestones. PS. OK, I couldn't resist sharing with you all the latest photopolymer set that Stampin' Up! has produced (remember, outside the catalog, so while supplies last!) It's called "Calling All Heroes," and I've already ordered mine - ca-UTE! Just the city-scape alone is worth it for me, but dang, I can't wait to use these hero masks in weird ways, evil laugh! 60 stamps for $25.95 - you get a whole alphabet with this beauty, besides the other fun stuff! Click on the picture for the full flyer, and order today in my online store if interested - I have a feeling this one will "fly" off the shelves, yuk yuk... Summer School is OPEN! Did you miss out on a past project that we did? Have a gap in your shadow box insert collection? Gave away your creation and wish you still had one for your house? Missing a wreath for your seasonal decor? Want an old project updated with a new twist? Now's your chance to make it happen! For the months of June and July, we'll be having summer school - your chance to take any past class you want! Browse my past offerings, or describe to me something you remember us doing (this blog only goes back to early 2012) and then just email me which one you'd like to make up or repeat, and if you prefer day, evening or weekend. We'll schedule just for you, and work around your summer plans! No need to worry about being away for our regular class nights! Once classes are scheduled, I'll post them here, so if anyone else wants to jump in on your choice, they can! I'm looking forward to our nostalgic summer - talk to you soon! First Summer Class Scheduled! Our first summer school class has just been scheduled for Thursday, June 19, 630 pm, chez Heroldt! This Candy Wrapper Wreath was from our Independence Day class back in June of 2012, and features the sparkly pharse, "Let Freedom Ring!" If you want to jump in on it, let me know ASAP, so I can make sure to have your supplies prepped for you, class is for just the Wreath, $10!
