I realized this morning that I still had time to get one last card in to My Pumpkin Challenge's Tags and Banners challenge! Yay, because I woke up thinking about this card! I love the look of a tiny little banner draped across a card front - I should do more of these! It's also a GREAT way to use up little scraps that I always seem to accumulate, lol.
