Ahhh, I ALWAYS think of Christmas on July 1st - who doesn't?? Lol, so glad it's time for our monthly challenge at Sparkles Christmas Challenge #150 - we want you to include some gold this month! I'm still a little thin on the ground in current Christmas sets, so I went straight to my Shelves of Retirement! I spotted my Cherish the Season set from 2020 that features some bells, but really, I like the dies in this one more than the stamps, lol. So I pulled in this movie quote from Christmas Means More, also from 2020. They were made for each other! I added a strip of washi behind the detail cuts on the bells, so that I could inlay the colors like a breeze! This works so well! I can't wait to see YOUR Midas Touch this round, too - meet you at the challenge! Christmas Means More Stamp Set (retired 2020); Expressions in Ink DSP (retired); Basic White, Gold Foil, Shaded Spruce & Cherry Cobbler CS; Cherry Cobbler Ink; Layering Circles & Sounds of the Season Dies (both retired); Gold Cording Trim; Gilded Gems; #SCC150.

Oh Heather these dies are brilliant. Loving your card, the touches of gold make a design so classy. Love it. Hope you’re on. Hugs xx

This is gorgeous, Heather! I absolutely love this sentiment stamp set and will probably never part with it. The gold bells are amazing! I don't think I have any more of that DSP but will have to check now.
