We have a super sweet sketch from Global Design Project #82 this week! I think I'll add in this week's Retro Rubber #60, too - I have a little idea, lol... And the colors at Color Throwdown #438 will be just right, as well! So, my philosophy is, NEVER waste an opportunity to break out Best of Cluck! Oh, BOC, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways, lol, starting with this little mass of grateful chickies! This set I think first came out in 2005, which is a bit before my own SU! time - I actually picked this set up off eBay (gasp) when I first started playing with stamps in general. I love the sentiments, the birds, the fonts, the color-ability - it's just PERFECT! Or should I say, EGG-citing? Best of Cluck Stamp Set (retired); Wild Wasabi & So Saffron DSP scraps (both retired, lol); Whisper White & Watermelon Wonder CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; So Saffron & Watermelon Wonder Markers; Lots of Labels Framelits; Crushed Curry Baker's Twine; #GDP82; #RR60; #CTD438. It is a perfect stamp for the critter challenge - especially an Easter time critter challenge! I've not seen this set before - it's before my SU time as well. It's great! Love the little red chickens standing out from the crowd. Thanks for joining us at Retro Rubber.

Well, this set definitely came out way before I started stamping for sure otherwise I would have bought it.

Heather, your card is absolutely adorable! I remember this stamp set because I had it for the longest time. I never made anything nearly this cute with it though! Love the little red chicks, of course! They remind me of the colored chicks we could buy in the pet stores before Easter back in the day! LOL Thank you so much for playing along with us at Retro Rubber and hope you will join us again soon!!
