Lovely tilty lines at this week's Sketch Saturday #451! I'm combining it with this fun color challenge over at Can You Case It #147! AND, I'm also adding in What Will You Stamp #104's Lift Me Up challenge - yay! So, I figured today was the day I could really nail down a a sparkly hot air balloon - how cool would that be? Turns out, not as cool as I hoped, lol. This is still a cute card and all, and I took my time with the fiddly process of cleaning up the die cut, but after all that, I feel like the balloon colors are pretty hard to see behind the glimmer paper - maybe I should have gone with foil? Still, this was a fun card to put together, of course, and I do like these colors together! Lift Me Up Stamp Set; Silver Glimmer Paper; Real Red DSP (retired); Whisper White, Pink Pirouette & Basic Back CS; Memento Tuxedo Black & Real Red (on envelope) Inks; Up & Away Thinlits; Pink Pirouette Candy Dots (retired); #SS451; #CYCI147; #WWYS104.
