Oo, these are always fun - As You See It #216 has another "recipe" challenge to kick off the New Year - all about the sparkle and shine! This was a tough one to not just make straight off into a Christmas card, but then I finally remembered this awesome sentiment from High Tide, and realized it could go equally great with silvery snowflakes as lighthouses, lol. Yay! I found an old snowy embossing folder to use, added some gorgeous Feels Like Frost DSP and a few silver details, and finished with the lovely sentiment. So fun to just follow the recipe! High Tide Stamp Set; Feels Like Frost DSP; Whisper White & Smoky Slate CS; Smoky Slate Ink; Northern Flurry EF (retired); Stitched Shapes Dies; Silver Twine; Silver Sequins; #AYSI216. What a perfect sentiment for the sparkle and shine of the elements! Love the embossing on the Smoky Slate and the way it echoes the pattern of the DSP. Thanks for joining in with us again at As You See It - Happy New Year, Heather!

It's cool the way one of the embossed snowflakes is finished off with almost the same diameter as the one on the DSP that it's matched with.Lovely card and thanks for sharing it with us at As You See It Challenges!

Oh my goodness Heather, how perfect is that sentiment?! I would never have thought to use it - I love it! The combination of patterned paper and embossed background makes for a wonderful snowflake creation. Thanks for playing along with us at As You See It challenge!
