Today we get TWO cards, because I just can't mash these together, lol - I knew it had to happen sooner or later! First up is our monthly Sparkles Christmas Challenge #158 - let's see some plaid! I started my search with the plaid, and rummaged through my retired DSP bin. I quickly came up with this little pack called Wrapped in Plaid, and one of the pieces showing had all these plaid stockings on it! I took that as a sign, and checked my shelves for some stocking sets. Tags & Trimmings from 2017 leapt right out - such fun dies for it, with ALL the stocking details! I got a little creative to get it all to fit on my card front, but I think I went pretty plaid happy here! Make sure you show us YOUR tartans, too - standing by! Tags & Trimmings Stamp Set (retired 2017); Wrapped in Plaid DSP (retired); Basic White, Crumb Cake & Cherry Cobbler CS; Cherry Cobbler Ink; Trim Your Stocking Dies (retired); Heavy Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine; Festive Pearls; #SCC158. Next up I have As You See It #318, where we're running an Easter theme - let's see those bunnies! I decided to go with some pretty fancy eggs - aren't these dies the cutest in our Excellent Eggs bundle? And look how sweet it is with our Perennial Lavender DSP! I did three colors for the eggs, and mixed and matched some inlaid parts for extra cuteness, lol. Tip: if you want to do some inlaid work with this die, I found that our old Large Oval Punch fits perfectly on the back, so I could fit in all my pieces and still pop up my finished eggs! I also loved the look of this beautiful script on this Nested Essential shape - so much drama! Make sure you hop over and share your Easter cards with us - I'll be waiting! Excellent Eggs Stamp Set; Perennial Lavender DSP; Basic White, Blackberry Bliss, Highland Heather & Fresh Freesia CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Excellent Eggs & Nested Essentials Dies; Large Oval Punch (retired); Purple Fine Shimmer Gems; #AYSI318.

Those die cut eggs sure are fancy! Love that you can make them up in any colour combination for a whole new look. With dies like that, you don't need much else to make a stunner. :-)

Your card reminded me of a quilt for some reason, probably because of the floral background and the pieced eggs. It looks rather cozy, in consequence! I'm kicking myself now for not getting the Excellent Eggs bundle. I could have done so much with this theme if I had!! And your project is very inspiring!

I'm loving those fancy eggs Heather and almost wish I had them so that I could take advantage of your oval punch tip (I love a discovery like this!) They just look so yummy - and really pop against the pretty background DSP too.
