 As soon as I saw this week's Freshly Made Sketch #135 and Sunday Stamps #75 color challenge, I knew JUST what I wanted to do! It so helps that I have my preview order items on hand to play with, too! You're going to LOVE the other hostess set I pre-ordered - Life's Adventure. Such cute and whimsical images! There are a couple that are sort of vertically oriented - that's what I headed straight for to use in this sketch! The color challenge basically clinched it - yummy celebration colors! Life's Adventure Stamp Set; Whisper White, Basic Black, Coastal Cabana & Melon Mambo CS; Basic Black, Coastal Cabana & Melon Mambo inks; Apothecary Accents & Bitty Banner Framelits; Decorative Dots Embossing Folder; Dotted Black Grosgrain (rogue, sorry, hard to pass up the basic colors in the Michael's bargain bin); PL Corner Rounder Punch.
Pop Up Card Class May 15 & May 31!  Here's our next sample for next week's Pop-Up Card Class - another one in the "landscape" orientation. I made this one a graduation card, but of course you could change the center to be any of the sentiments that come in that set!
Remember, we'll be making 4 cards, that all fold flat and fit in standard envelopes, but pop up and out to yummy goodness on the inside! We'll be doing "portrait" and "landscape" cards both, for a little variety, and one card will be all about our new In Colors, so you'll have some samples right away, to go with your amazing new catalog that will be waiting here for you! I can't wait for you to try these cards - you'll be stunned at how fun they are to deck out! I'll keep posting the other samples - keep checking back! So, class is announced for Thursday, May 15, 6:30 pm, chez Heroldt, with snacks and drinks as usual, of course, still for $20! RSVP today to make sure I have your supplies cut and waiting for you! I am also delighted to schedule a convenient day-time class for those that prefer, or a Saturday as well, just let me know, and we'll get our calendars aligned for whatever works for you best!! I've already scheduled one for Saturday May 31st, 2 pm, if that date works for you!
