As You See It #192 has an exciting theme this week - metallics! Time to shine! I might actually have gone a bit overboard with my metallics idea today, lol - who knew I had so many colors of foils?? I wanted to do something pretty abstract, and make all different rectangles with our amazing Rectangle Stitched Framelits. I played around with arranging them so there was loose geometry going on, and then I popped on this sentiment from Flowering Desert. I few Faceted Dots, and a couple sprigs, and I'm all done! Yes, the only reason I have the sprigs is so I had something I could do on the envelope, too, lol. Flowering Desert Stamp Set; Red, Silver, Black, Gold, Champagne & Copper Foil; Whisper White CS; Memento Tuxedo Black Ink; Rectangle Stitched Framelits; Faceted Dots in Black; #AYSI192.

Wow, Heather! That's both abstract and striking. What a clever idea for using both foil and the stitched rectangles. Not sure what's up with the link . Thanks for joining us at As You See It again this week.

I love your take on the theme, Heather! And what a great way to showcase the Rectangle Stitched Framelits! This looks like it should be hanging in a modern gallery somewhere! Great job mixing metallics, too! Thanks for playing along with our challenge this week at As You See It!
