 I am REALLY liking Shopping Our Stash #521's theme - "water water everywhere!" I turned again to my amazing Under The Moon set for this one - I just can't resist that big reflection ocean to play with, and the different ways to color that moon! I went landscape this time, too - everything fits perfectly this way, and it inspired me to add some clouds to either side of the moon, too! I cut a quick mask from a sticky note before adding the clouds - perfect! I also broke out the dolphins this time - you can see they're having fun! I added my sentiment, and floated it all over this first-run DSP of Misty Moonlight - I love the look of the texture on this side! Hi Heather, just found your card on Pinterest and absolutely loved it. I'm a senior but not very artistic. Would like to copy this card if you don't mind. If that's OK with you.....please, would you explain how you coloured that beautiful moon?

Hi Veronica, I colored by using sponge daubers to add the ink to the moon stamp, so I could both colors on there. I always start with the lighter color when I'm doing this! It's a great way to ink this one up! Leave a Reply. |
