Daisy Delight

Wow, the Design Team samples for this week's Less Is More #344 color challenge are truly wonderful - so bright and inspiring!  I'm also using this lovely clean layout from Freshly Made Sketch #304!
Seeing that lovely round shape in the sketch sent me over to Daisy Delight - and toady I tried some aqua-painting for it!  I couldn't find a DSP featuring Lemon Lime Twist in my stash, sigh, so I made my own with the two-step leaves in the stamp set, stamping off the fill-in leaf first to keep the brightness a little under control, lol.  I also tried squaring off the ends of my sentiment instead of flagging as I usually do - much easier with this larger font, for sure!  Other than that, I tried to keep off the little embellie extras I love so much.  Lots of white space today!

Let's Get Messy 2 on Sep 14 & 16!
I've had quite a few requests for another edition of our "Messy Class," and I can hold out no longer, lol.  Let's do it again!  This class will feature fun new techniques and products that might be just a little bit "messy" to play with - and we'll all get messy together while we learn how to tame them!  We'll make 5 all-occasion cards that you will love creating!  No apron required! (But maybe don't wear white!)
Class will be held on Thursday, September 14 at 630 pm or Saturday, September 16 at 3 pm, and will include all supplies needed (bring your own snips and adhesive!), plus drinks and snacks, and a special gift from me, all for $25!  This class can also be FREE with your order of $30 or more!   RSVP today!

What a beautiful CAS card Heather ! This daisy looks fabulous with these blue shades and pops up gorgeously over the Lime leaves ! Beautiful sentiment too ! Love your combination of the two challenges. Thanks for sharing and for playing along at Less is More !
