I'm excited to match up this week's Create With Connie & Mary #373 with In{k}spire Me #216! So, you KNOW those colors were all-Autumnal-all-the-time for me, right? So fun. For this one, I decided to break out the very versatile Happy Scenes stamp set. I learned that I could fill up the space of the framelit I chose by stamping twice, while lining up that little horizon line - perfect! I'm looking for a chance to do this all the way across a card now, lol... I had fun adding some details in the correct color (I SO missed a touch of green for this one, sob) and I love how all these elements came together! I think even my accent leaf looks like the ones from my "happy scene!" Happy Scenes & Vintage Leaves Stamp Sets; Into The Woods DSP; So Saffron, Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie & Whisper White CS; Soft Suede, Cajun Craze, So Saffron & Pumpkin Pie Inks; Leaflets & Lots of Labels Framelits; Woodland Textured Embossing Folder; Updated Essentials Piercing Mat; Soft Suede Taffeta Ribbon; Regals Candy Dots in Cajun Craze. I completely agree, that lovely leaf looks like it just blew right off of the stamped tree. Great idea on stamping twice to get a larger image! Thanks for playing along this week at Create with Connie and Mary!
