Clean Morning Meadow

What a striking layout at Clean & Simple #264!  As soon as I saw it, I knew I wanted to play with that scalloped edge on the floating panel - my fussy cutters were calling out to me!  This turned out to be a quick-but-elegant birthday card for Mom's birthday - though it doesn't go with the Chinese restaurant she asked to go to, lol...  Got some marker play, too, all my fave techniques in one card!
