Uh, oh. This week's Merry Monday #191 is a chalkboard technique challenge - argh! Yes, dear ones, a technique I haven't mastered! Let's roll up our sleeves... I started with my stamp choice. Normally, I like sentiment focused cards for chalkboard - they can be made to look all dusty and cool! But I just used a retired set LAST Merry Monday, I should try for something current this week... Hm, how about flurries? That might work, AND there's that fun script-y sentiment! I added a little corner interest with punches, and heat embossed everything in white. Too add some chalk dust, I decided to daub on some of my old Illuminate pad, which also adds a little shimmer. I'm stopping now while I'm ahead! |
