Brightest Birthday

This looks interesting - The Flower Challenge #83 would like us to also add dots or stripes to our design - cool!
I got to try a couple things I've been thinking of lately on this card, lol.  First up, I can finally break in my new Dots & Spots die!  Such an easy way to add a little something to the whole background, and I decided to tilt my fashion layer a little diagonally on the die, hoping it would make the finished result look a little more random.  I think it worked, even though it's a very uniform die!  Next, I wanted to try a full triple layer of our Cheerful Daisies dies - it really adds a lot of depth!  I chose Lemon Lolly for my flower color, I need to let this color grow on me a little more, I think, lol.  Anyway, dots accomplished!
