Breezy Birthday Balloons

Today I'm pairing this lovely sketch from Match the Sketch #117 with these sweet colors from Pals Paper Arts #293.
My Balloon Celebration set has gotten a rest for a whole week and a half now, time to put 'er back to work! And who wouldn't want to get this fresh bundle of balloons for their birthday? (Hope hubby is reading this, lol...)

Gorgeous CAS card, Heather! Although, I hope not, my guess is that this is a sleeper! I have pinned it, however, for my own future CASE. Thanks so much for including the PPA color challenge in your stamping fun this week!
