Black & Bloom

Love the layers in this sketch from Freshly Made Sketch #222!  I'm combining with the colors over at this week's Stamp, Ink Paper #33!
I think this color challenge might have been meant to help us celebrate Valentines' Day, but I guess I wasn't feeling that today, lol.  Blended Blooms, though?  Oh yeah!
Surprisingly, I actually remembered to stamp my bloom on actual Real Red card stock - I think usually I forget to do that and end up aqua-painting my brains out, lol.  I tried to

add a bit of depth by going back over some of the petal edges in Real Red ink.  This came out SO striking in person!  I want to go back and make a bunch of these in all different colors now!
