Best Year CAS

Perfect timing!  CAS on Friday #221 has a New Year's challenge for us this week!
I tried to keep it CAS, in color and content, but still bring in a bit of bubbly, know what I mean??  I love this sentiment from the Best Year set for New Year's, and I think matching it with our retired Sip Sip Hooray from 2019 is still the most iconic way to celebrate ringing it in!  I added some Gold emboss for my "champagne," and finished with a few Wonderful Gems.  Clink!!
