What a cool challenge over at As You See It #215 - fill in the blank for holiday joy! A great challenge to close out their year! This time of year, what brings me the most joy is baking and cooking for our loved ones, trying to get everyone's favorite treats wrapped all pretty for an extra bit of take-home cheer - so much fun! I spend a lot of time imagining the looks on everyone's faces when they get their goodies - it brings such joy! I can never stop smiling in the kitchen this time of year! I just finished my marathon Christmas toffee prep, almost time for cookies and cakes - and it's all going amazing in my new double-stack oven, lol. Now that right there is some holiday joy! Homemade Kindness Stamp Set (retired 2018); Whisper White & Crumb Cake CS; Memento Tuxedo Black, Ink; Real Red, Old Olive, Soft Suede, Gray Granite & Smoky Slate Blends; Rectangle Stitched Dies; Red Sequins; #AYSI215. Thank You Cards Class Dec 14! With the gift giving (and receiving!) season upon us, it seemed like a great time to have a Thank You Card class - just in time! Class will feature 6 cards ready for sending out your appreciation after the holidays - we could all use thank you's, right?? And as an extra surprise, all our projects will be designed using all new sets from our upcoming Spring Occasions Catalog (and Sale-a-Bration!) Class will be $25, and will include all supplies needed (bring your own snips and fave adhesive), drinks and snacks, plus a special gift from me! This class can also be FREE with your order of $30 or more! Class is still on for Saturday, December 14 at 3 pm - RSVP to save your spot today!

Oh boy, cooking and baking brings me joy too! Although I just finished about three days' worth of baking and my feet and legs are aching, LOL! Love your brightly-colored stove...isn't a good thing nowadays we don't have to haul in wood to burn? Sweet card, and so happy you shared it with us! Always happy to see you in the gallery!

Oh yes! Christmas is not complete without the baking and the goodies! Great choice of filler. Love your old-fashioned stove. In NZ, we're more about the Christmas barbecue though there's still lots of shortbread and mince pies to be found. :-)

This is a great choice for filling in the blank. I am not normally excited by baking, but I do like to create a few treats at Christmas! I love your old cookstove stamp and the seasonal colours with which you coloured it in! Have a happy holiday, Heather, and thanks for playing along with us at As You See It Challenges!
