It's been quite the week for color challenges, and Global Design Project #69 has one for us, too - lovely! I'm matching it with this fun layout from Match the Sketch #159 - love that rick-rack element!
I started today's card by browsing my framelits stash for a likely candidate for that rick-rack shape - alas, I didn't seem to have one. (Although, I just remembered I do on my old Tasteful Trim die - but it's too big, whew!) I did have my lovely Flourish Thinlits, and I had no trouble at all picturing the long element in silver! I decided to indulge my purple fetish today, too, and pulled out Elegant Eggplant to go with the Delightful Dijon - yum! I hunted around for sentiments of the right size for the remaining space, and came across this sweetie from Me = Grateful - just right!
